Recharge, Refresh, and Renew – 15 Minutes of Mindfulness

You've come to the MRIA conference to connect and learn.  But what you really need right now is a few minutes break from it all so that you can get the most out of the next session!

Please join us in this mini-session on mindfulness, where you will get some insight into this age-old practice and a chance to let your mind come out of the fray and into a place of calm.  Not only will you leave with a calmer, more centred mind, but you will also take away some mindfulness techniques that will help you be less stressed and more focused at work and home.
